• Upon project award, a “Fit-for-Purpose” plan is prepared at the proposal stage to align with project objectives.
• If there are changes in scope, deliverables, or contractual requirements between bidding documents and final contract documents, a revised “Fit-for-Purpose” plan is developed based on the latest information.
• A Level-02 schedule is then prepared, covering all major project activities and defining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), ensuring clarity in responsibilities, sequencing, and resource allocation.
